Before The Course
- I'll text you with the course details.
- You'll sign the FII medical statement and liability release. Nothing starts, not even the classroom, until both are in. If you answer "yes" to any of the listed medical conditions, I'll need a signed doctor's note saying you're cleared for freediving.
- Your equalization training video is coming soon, so you can practice before day one.
- I'll send the course schedule, location, and details.
- Payment (Zelle, Venmo, etc.) finalizes your reservation.
